BELLOWS FALLS — Breanna Elaine will play the Stage 33 Live listening room at 33 Bridge Street in Bellows Falls, Vermont, on Sunday, May 29 at 7:00 PM. $10 in advance, $15 at the door – all proceeds go to the performer. Limited seating. The performance will be recorded and filmed.
Breanna Elaine has been making a splash with her unique sound and songwriting talent: earthy folk with rock, jazz, and occasional punk underpinnings. She’s been favorably compared to Jewel, Alanis Morissette, and Stevie Nicks.
Born and raised in Brattleboro, as a child she played violin and bass and sang in a band that performed at soup kitchens for the homeless. She moved to Northampton in her teens where she played in several bands and sang in a choir that featured African folk music and other explorative genres. At 18 she moved to the Rutland area to care for her grandmother, bringing her lifelong passion for singing and songwriting with her.
This is an opportunity to catch Breanna Elaine in an intimate listening room performance before she graduates from small rooms like ours forever.
This performance will be on Sunday, May 29 at 7:00 PM, at Stage 33 Live, 33 Bridge Street in Bellows Falls, Vermont. No opener, this one to not be fashionably late for. Seating is limited to 40. The performance will be recorded and filmed. $10 in advance through stage33live.com doubles as a right-up-front chair reservation, $15 at the door – all proceeds go to the performer.
According to the performer’s preference, the COVID-19 protocol will be the guidelines in effect in the community on show day. Currently the guidance is that masks are optional, although that may change without notice. Respect those who choose to mask, and give them six feet of social distance. Seating will be a minimum of eight feet from the stage and set up in pods of two. If you wish to make a custom pod for your party, arrive early to do so. People who have already arrived and have arranged their seating will not be expected to move, and their perimeter should be honored.
Stage 33 Live is a casual and intimate industrial-rustic listening room in a former factory hosting local, regional, and national performances and presentations of original material. No bar or kitchen, the stage is the mission; coffee / soda / juice / water and weird snacks available by donation.
