We’re going to pivot again to open-mic-style 12-minute-or-shorter short slots starting at 6:00, which are available to the first seven people who RSVP by emailing stage33@stage33live.com — we’re hoping for new performers who haven’t been able to hit our stage before… but we also won’t say no to our longtime friends! If we don’t get seven RSVPs we’ll do any walk-ups, and then let anybody who already went have a second go. We’ll try to wrap up after a couple hours.
These micro-sets are an engaging and effective way for an audience to discover performers. Impressive talents often materialize out of left field… and sometimes talents that are just plain out of left field. It’s fun.

BELLOWS FALLS — Brattleboro-based singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and performing artist Bethanie Yeakle will play a rare solo show on March 26 at 7:00 PM at Stage 33 Live in Bellows Falls, Vermont — an extended mixed acoustic and electric set; some alone, some with bassist/guitarist Matt Sharff siding, and some with Sharff plus drummer Garth Tichy. There will be no opener, plan on a timely arrival.
Bethanie’s powerful and ethereal performances have graced the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, The Guthrie Center, Club Passim, and other notable venues. Yeakle has shared stages with Tune-Yards, Antje Duvekot, Anais Mitchell, Slaid Cleaves, My Morning Jacket, Bill Kirchen, and more. As a session musician, band member, and sideperson, Bethanie has provided vocals, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, banjo, electric banjo, dobro, and lap steel to recordings and live performances spanning genres that include Americana, Bluegrass, Newgrass, Folk, Alt Country, Rock, and Experimental/Psychedelic/Noise. Fun fact: Yeakle was a featured extra in the Ang Lee movie Taking Woodstock.

Stage 33 Live is a casual and intimate industrial-rustic listening room in a former factory hosting local, regional, and national performances and presentations of original material.
