Don & Jenn: Love & Music
BELLOWS FALLS — Don & Jenn are Don Sinclair and Jennifer Grossi from northern Vermont, who some may recognize as two-thirds of the literate international band David Rosane & The Zookeepers. Jenn was additionally the producer for the Zookeepers’ “Book of ZOO” CD, which won a Tammie award as Best Vermont Rock Album in 2019.
As a duo, their bluesy soul, gentle folk, and sexy jazz originals are heartwarming, fun, and cheeky. Don has been a working musician for nearly 40 years, and his flexibile, deft playing reveals a wide range of influences. Jenn’s warm, expressive voice and theatrical experience brings extra life and nuance to their intimate sets.
100% of the proceeds of this show will go toward a fund to replace their aging sound system and beloved old minivan so they can keep spreading the joy: $10 at the door if you can, $5 if you can’t, and tips on top are welcome.
7:00 PM on March 22 at Stage 33 Live, 33 Bridge Street in Bellows Falls, Vermont. Seating is limited to 40. The performance will be recorded and filmed.
Stage 33 Live is an intimate, industrial-rustic listening room in a former factory, documenting live performances and presentations of original material. Coffee, soda, water, and snacks by donation.
